Shipping Details

We offer USPS Priority Mail Service as the standard option for most shipments. USPS Priority Mail Service is the most cost effective service available for most of our teddy bears and stuffed animals. If you need your package to arrive sooner, we offer USPS Express Mail Service. Jumbo items are shipped by UPS. If you have a specific shipping request, call us and we will take care of it.
Some of our products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. These shipments will be shipped according to the suppliers normal method, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will only be charged for the shipping option you select on the Shopping Cart page.
Orders received before noon (Pacific Time) are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day.

USPS has a service goal of 2-3 day delivery time for Priority Mail Service. UPS shipments take longer and you should allow up to ten days for a jumbo items shipped by UPS Ground to reach their destination. These delivery times are only estimates and you should allow additional time around major holiday periods to assure that your package arrives on time.

Due to recent delays getting packages through customs in foreign countries, we are curently not shipping packages outside of the USA. We will monitor the situation and add countries back to the list when and if we can be sure our customers will receive their packages in a timely manner. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to being able to ship to foreign countries again in the future.
