How are Gift Certificates delivered?
Gift certificates are emailed to the email address you specify.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
Step 1: Gift Cerficates are redeemable for any items on our site. Select one or more items from the TeddiesToys.com website and add them to your shopping cart.

Step 2: On the Shopping Cart page, enter the Gift Certificate number and PIN number shown on your Gift Certificate email, and click on the Redeem Certificate button. If the order amount is greater than the Gift Certificate value, the balance due is stated.

Step 3: At checkout, enter your credit card information for any balance due. Checkout is complete when you receive your Order Confirmation Number.

Step 4: TeddiesToys.com will mail the products you selected to the address specified.

Can I use my Gift Certificate at another merchant's store or web site?
No. TeddiesToys.com Gift Certificates can only be redeemed at TeddiesToys.com.

What if I can't find a stuffed animal or other item that matches the amount of my Gift Certificate?
That is not a problem. If you go over the value of your Gift Certificate, you may pay the balance with a credit card. You do not have to spend your Gift Certificate all at once; you can come back to TeddiesToys.com to redeem the rest of your balance later. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

When will my Gift Certificate expire if I do not use it?
Gift Certificates are valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
